TV Channel Playlists
TV Channel Playlist is a list of video players that are shown under one group / category within your web tv channel.
By creating different playlists, you can split and display your videos by genres or any other criterias.
Ideal for users who are looking to publish many videos in the form of a playlist, with one-time embed code integration. Afterwards, the tv channel can be controlled without the need of modifying the embed code any further.
The TV Channel playlist looks very much like Single Players, but it also has new options added. All buttons and information, specific to TV Channel Playlist, will be explained in this article.
Creating a New TV Channel Playlist
To create a new playlist simply click on the button on the right.
After clicking on the button you will see a form with few options.
ENTER TV CHANNEL PLAYLIST NAME - This is the the name of your playlist
TV CHANNEL PLAYLIST DESCRIPTION - This text appears below the main video player. Type a normal text or use the html editor.
POSITIONING OF THE UPLOADED VIDEOS - List latest uploads at the top of the list means the next uploaded video will appear at the top of the video list. List latest uploads at the bottom of the list means the next uploaded video will appear at the bottom of the video list.
MANUAL/AUTO PUBLISHING - Manual publishing means you will need to press Publish Now button before the video becomes live to your TV Channel viewers. This option allows you to preview the video and check for any errors before it goes live. Auto publishing means the video will become live and visible to your TV Channel viewers as soon as it gets successfully encoded by our transcoders.
Fill out the information and click on the Process button. Your new TV Channel Playlist will appear on the top of the playlist section.
Playlist Controls
Once you have created you new TV Channel Playlist, you can add videos to it.
- Click on this button to add a video to your playlist. To learn more about how to do it, please click on our detailed article Uploading Videos
- Once you are done adding videos, you can click on this button to preview your TV Channel and publish it to your website. To learn more about how publishing works, please click on our detailed article Publish & Preview TV Channel
- This button allows you to edit the information you put for your TV Channel when it was created.
- From here you can delete your TV Channel Playlist and all videos inside it.
TV Channel Video Options
Similarly to Single Players, the videos in the TV Channel Playlists are listed in a table. To learn general information about the video tables and their options, please read our article Single Players.
Video Options can be found the right side of the table for each video in the playlist.
- Using the arrows, you can move a single video Up or Down in the playlist.
[ Preview ] - Click this button to preview the video.
[ Withdraw ] - Withdraw this video from your playlist.

[ X ] - Click on this button to permanently delete the video.
