Single Players Overview
You videos are nicely placed in a table for better user experience and easier management. The video tables in Single Players have 8 columns, each with specific information about the particular video.
The columns from left to right are: - Video Status /no column title/, Reference Code, Video Thumbnail /no column title/, Video Title, Quota Mode, Quota, Played / Shown and Options
Video Status /no column title/
Video Status is the first column from left to right. It shows the current status of your video and it has 3 possible states:
Green Checkmark - Video is active and can be watched
Red Exclamation Mark - Video is currently NOT active - Videos will become inactive if your account does not contain enough streams or the video quota has been reached
Encoding in progress - Videos must be converted to the right format in order to be playable online.
This may take up to 10 hours from the moment the video is first uploaded. Once it has been converted, you will be notified by email and your video can then be activated.
Reference Code
The video reference code is used by our system to identify the video. Each video has unique reference code.
Video Thumbnail /no column title/
The third column contains a small image shot of the video.
Video Title
This is the title you have given your video. It is displayed here as well as in TV channel playlists and the browser title area in pop-up players.
Quota Mode
This setting enables you to set a budget of streams for a video. When set to Unlimited, streams will be deducted freely from your main account.
When set to Limited, a certain amount of streams will be allocated to this video. Once these streams have run out, the video will become inactive and no more streams will be taken from your main account.
Quota
This is the number of streams available to a specific video when Quota mode is set to Limited. Otherwise the number of streams is not restricted.
Played / Shown
Played is the number of times your video has been played.
Shown - the number of times the video player has been shown on a webpage or a popup page.
Value for Shown is usually greater than Played as not every visitor chooses to watch your video. Click on Played / Shown to check Visitor Statistics
