First Time Logged In

After you register and validate your account, you will be automatically logged in. In the top right corner you will find the main menu and an area called Status Panel. The Status Panel shows the current status of your account. It also gives you access to your system messages.

Above your Status Panel you will find the main menu. Click on Support to send us all your questions, comments and suggestions. The following articles will provide more information about My Panel and Account.

Account Status - Here you can check your account status. There are 3 options :

• Trial - This is going to be your account status when you first register.
• Locked - You have 3 days to test our platform for free. When the trial period expires, the account status will become Locked, and you will not be able to use most of the features of the platform.
• Active - Your account status will become Active right after you purchase a plan. You can do this from Account > Service Plans

Account Plan - Here you can check the current plan of your account. After registration it will show Trial Plan. Once you have purchased a plan it will update automatically.

Monthly Streams - The amount of monthly streams you have for your plan.

Additional Streams - It shows the amount of additional streams purchased. You can buy additional streams from the Add-On Store

Storage used - Amount of strage used / storage available.
